Best of the Decade...From Paris

Ann Hornaday is a very cool, articulate writer. I love her. She is often featured by the WashPost. In her recent article "Best of the Decade" she argues that the movie 'Diving Bell and Butterfly' is not mentioned as one of the best movies of the decade. I completely agree with her. That movie was exquisite. Ann and I say RENT that movie now, so that your life may be complete.
Ann does mention other movies that made the 'list': Finding Nemo (loved it), Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind (loved it), There Will Be Blood (hated it). Peter Marks, an often featured writer for the Wash Post, has complied his 'list' of best theater of the decade. Not surprising, Cate Blanchette in 'A Streetcar Named Desire'. Rated the second best theater performance of the decade, and described by Peter as "devastating". I agree. Completely. Promise me. If you are given the chance to see Cate in 'Streetcar', you'll take it. I'll promise. You'll never be the same.
