The delicacy was created by celebrity chef Martin Blunos, who hand-crafted the luxury snack using cheddar blended with expensive white truffles.
It is dressed with 100-year-old balsamic vinegar and the sourdough bread - which costs £5 alone - is sprinkled with powdered E175. That's gold dust to you and me.
The day it passed, people were demanding free care!

Terror chief tells of 9/11 West Wing terror on ninth anniversary
The terrorism chief who was running the White House situation room on September 11, 2001, has told for the first time how his staff tried to phone home after being told as many as 11 hijacked aircraft could be heading for the West Wing.
The passengers on board United Flight 93 fought back against the hijackers and the plane crashed in Pennsylvania, 10 to 20 minutes before it would have hit the White House
Richard Clarke, who was President Bush's Counter-Terrorism Coordinator, said he and around a dozen colleagues left in the White House thought they were going to die as unaccounted for aircraft – including one that was hijacked – flew towards the capital.
"We reduced the staff down to a very small number out of the thousands that work in the White House. We were all very clear we might not make it out," he told The Daily Telegraph.
One of the staff, Frank Miller, got the others in the West Wing to sign a list and then emailed it out of the building so that rescuers would know how many bodies they were looking for if the aircraft struck the White House.
Mr Clarke said a US Army engineering unit was based outside Washington with plans of the building and GPS coordinates ready to dig through the rubble.
"If that aircraft had hit the White House, the building would have been demolished and that would have been very symbolic but Dick Cheney was in a bomb shelter and he would probably have survived and been dug out."
Kuelap, in Peru, boasts an ancient mountain fortress surrounded by a massive stone wall. It's at the center of a once-thriving metropolis, abandoned half a millennium ago. The stone ruin remains a mystery - but now you can visit it
“The minute the president signs [the Obamacare] bill, his approval will go up. Within a year, when the good things begin to happen, and the bad things they’re saying will happen don’t happen, approval will explode.”
A total of 279 House and Senate Democrats voted for ObamaCare. Not one is running an ad touting that vote. How can they, given headlines about Medicare cuts and premium hikes?
If we say that their religion is somehow offensive . . . what are we saying to them? I've got Muslims fighting in the uniform of the armed services of the United States. They're putting their lives on the line for us.

“Shut up,” she explained.
THUGGERY: Sebelius: insurers who criticize ObamaCare may get locked out of system. “Rarely have we heard a Cabinet official tell Americans to stay out of political debates at the risk of losing their businesses. It points out the danger in having government run industries and holding a position where politicians can actually destroy a business out of spite. It also demonstrates the thin skin of our current administration, where Hope and Change means keeping your mouth shut and pretending that everyone is happy while businesses slowly circle the drain.”
Over the years a lot of suspicion has built up across the country about Washington and its population of opportunistic transients coming to see themselves as a special kind of person, somehow above average working Americans who don't work down in that former swamp.
Well, finally, an end to all those undocumented doubts. Thanks to some diligent digging by the Washington Post, those suspicions can at last be put to rest.
They're correct. Accurate. Dead-on. Laser-guided. On target. Bingo-bango. As clear as it's always seemed to those Americans who don't feel special entitlements and do meet their government obligations.
We now know that federal employees across the nation owe fully $1 billion in back taxes to the Internal Revenue Service. As of the end of 2009, 41 people inside Obama's very own White House owe the government they're allegedly running a total of $831,055 in back taxes.
China's UN diplomat in drunken rant against Americans
China's top-ranking UN diplomat embarked on a drunken rant against the UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, telling his boss he'd "never liked" him, and adding for good measure that he didn't like Americans either.
Sha, who was appointed the UN undersecretary general for Economic and Social Affairs in 2007, also made no secret of his fractious relationship with Mr Ban, although did say he'd grown to respect the South Korean.
"You've been trying to get rid of me," said 62-year-old Mr Sha according to the senior UN official present, "You can fire me anytime, you can fire me today."
Later in his impromptu speech Mr Sha turned to an American colleague, singling out Bob Orr, from the executive office of the secretary-general.
"I really don't like him: he's an American and I really don't like Americans," he said.
A second senior UN official who was at the dinner said: "It went on for about ten or fifteen minutes but it felt like an hour."
I have argued that the real national debt is about $130 trillion. Let’s say I’m being pessimistic. Forbes, in a 2008 article, came up with a lower number: $70 trillion. Let’s say the sunny optimists at Forbes got it right and I got it wrong.
For perspective: At the time that 2008 article was written, the entire supply of money in the world (“broad money,” i.e., global M3, meaning cash, consumer-account deposits, checkable accounts, CDs, long-term deposits, travelers’ checks, money-market funds, the whole enchilada) was estimated to be just under $60 trillion. Which is to say: The optimistic view is that our outstanding obligations amount to more than all of the money in the world.
The culture of entitlement on Capitol Hill is well illustrated by the news that Rep. Eddie Bernice Johnson, Democrat of Texas, not only steered Congressional Black Caucus scholarship money to two of her grandsons and two of her great-nephews, but asked that the checks be sent directly to her relatives instead of to the schools.
Johnson represents a supremely Democratic district — D+23 in the Cook Partisan Voting Index — and thus is unlikely to see severe repercussions at the ballot box for this scandal.
But Georgia Democrat Sanford Bishop might. “Rep. Sanford Bishop (D-Ga.) awarded three scholarships from the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation to his stepdaughter and wife’s niece between 2003 and 2005, according to records from the non-profit group.”
Different Rules for the Overlords. (They are paid by a gov’t check, the gov’t can levy it and would if it was you.)
TAXES ARE FOR THE LITTLE PEOPLE (CONT’D): 41 Obama White House aides owe the IRS $831,000 in back taxes — and they’re not alone. Plus this: “638 workers on Capitol Hill owe the IRS $9.3 million in back taxes. As in, overdue. The IRS gets stiffed by the legislative body that controls its budget.
Some have said that the stimulus hasn't saved any jobs, but here is a case where at least one job was saved.
Take for instance Oregon State University Athletic Director Bob DeCarolis.
Now Mr. DeCarolis was considering firing their Basketball Coach.......Craig Robinson
after an 8 -11 start (2-5) in the Pac 10 conference).
When word reached Washington, Undersecretary of Education Martha Kanter
was dispatched to Corvallis with $17 million in stimulus money for the university. Thankfully, Craig Robinson's job is safe for another year
Now comes the interesting part of our story....
For those of you unfamiliar with
he just so happens to be the brother in law of none other than our country's beloved President,
NOW YOU’RE CATCHING ON......
that's right he is the brother of Michelle Obama!
But hey, can't we all come to the conclusion that Coach Robinson's job security was all just a coincidence?
I'm sure of it! Aren't You?
Thank Goodness For The Stimulus!!!
