When a tour bus operator found he had more passengers than seats, he put six people in the luggage compartment with mattresses and pillows.

Now the Michigan company has been ordered to cease commercial bus operations after the discovery during a trip to Ohio.

NASA spacecraft has July 16 rendezvous with an asteroid

NASA's Dawn spacecraft has closed within 300,000 miles of the second-largest object in the asteroid belt, Vesta, report mission managers.

Scheduled for a July 16, rendezvous with the 330-mile-wide asteroid, Dawn will begin slowing to 75-mile-per-hour speeds for the passage. The spacecraft uses an innovative ion propulsion systems, which provides a faint but steady push to the spacecraft, unlike the quick-firing bursts from normal rockets.

I love the 1959 classic movie "Pillow Talk" with Rock Hudson and Doris Day.  It's adorable and beautifully unpredictable.  Somehow, the real life 'JayClai' isn't the same.  Jay Carney and Claire Shipman are contrived,  orchestrated and predictable.  A White House spokesman in bed with an ABC news correspondent?  Really? Umm.  Not loving the premise.

In 2008 The LA Times withheld a video that contained footage of Barack Obama celebrating with a group of Palestinians who were openly hostile towards Israel. Barack Obama reportedly even gave a toast to a former PLO operative, Rashid Khalidi, at this celebration. This was something the LA Times hid from the American public before the election. The media refused to release the video.

Pilot killed after helping three passengers to make incredible escape as Goodyear blimp plunges to the ground in flames

A Goodyear blimp burst into flames and plunged to earth in a weekend crash in Germany.

The pilot was killed but three passengers managed to jump to safety when the airship caught fire as it was coming in to land at the Reichelsheim aerodrome near Friedberg.

When the airship was just six metres from the floor, the pilot told his passengers, all journalists, to jump to the ground while he tried to land safely.

Once the three had leapt clear of the blimp he took it back up before being it became overwhelmed by flames and crashed to the earth, in a chilling echo of the Hindenburg disaster.

Having clearly had enough of the solitude of Camp David, where he and the family were making a rare weekend sojourn, the president choppered early this morning directly to Andrews and headed straight to the Air Force base golf course.
